Credit score has no bearing on the status of an accredited investor. Only officers and directors of the issuer are accredited. An accredited investor's annual income must be $200,000 or more in the most recent two years.

Has a FICO credit score of 700 or higher.

Is an employee of the issuer.

Has a net worth of $1 million or more, excluding net equity in a principal residence.

Has had an annual income of $500,000 or more in the most recent two years.
